Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS Tracked Mail from our U.S. fulfillment partner.
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier performance.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once an order has been fulfilled, we’re unable to modify or redirect it.
If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed.
All King Reta products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only and are not intended for human consumption. As such, returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
Refunds will only be considered if:

The wrong item was shipped due to a fulfillment error, or

The product arrived damaged in transit.

Approved claims will be reviewed, and replacements or refunds will be issued at our discretion.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns on any opened or used products.

Gift cards, digital downloads, or promotional items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
